Rockin’ at the 2i’s Original Metal Printing Plates for the 1958 Vinyl Album Cover Artwork

£300.00

Rockin’ at the 2I’s The 1958 Decca Release serial – Decca – LF 1300 has become a rare and sought after 10 inch vinyl. recorded ate the legendary Soho bar, individual copies of this treasure regularly trade for £50.00 or more.

Even more rare than these, are the actual printing plates that were transferred from Decca to the Art Studio Shoot That Tiger. This particular plate is for the Black colour separation and is the only one of the four existing plates that also shows the back cover with the track list. Approx 21×25 inches in metal.

Wee Willie Nelson, singing “Rockin at the 2i’s’ and back to school again

Beryl Wayne Gypsy in My Soul

The Blue Jeans – Lonesome Traveller and When I get to Glory
