A fantastic iconic example of Pop Nouveau. Buddy Holly’s Personally handwritten lyrics.The importance of this document cannot be underestimated. There are no other handwritten lyrics by Holly available in the public domain making these truly invaluable to the discerning collector of popular culture.  The two pages are the handwritten draft for the song Monetta which is Italian for Little money. Written in 1958 just before the Winter Dance Party Tour, Buddy worked on the song with fellow ‘Three Tunes ‘ band member  Sonny Curtis who confirmed the lyrics as genuine in 1990 in a radio interview. It has never been officially released. An ultimate conversation piece. It also come with a letter explaining the full details from the current recipient.
